Prohibited ContentThe following content and behavior are strictly forbidden on Cumberland Social, including but not limited to:
- Sexual content involving minors
- Sexualized images, videos, or descriptions of minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors
- Any attempt to exploit, traffic, or harm a minor
This applies across all areas of the app, including posts, marketplace listings, job postings, messages, and groups.
Reporting MechanismUsers can report content or accounts they believe violate this policy directly within the app using the Report feature.Reports may also be submitted via our support email:support@cumberlandsocial.comAll reports are treated seriously and reviewed promptly.
Enforcement & ActionIf content or behavior violating this policy is identified, Cumberland Social may take actions including:
- Immediate removal of content
- Suspension or permanent termination of accounts
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
Cooperation with AuthoritiesCumberland Social cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
